Staying Fit as a Rock Climber

Rock climbing is a very physical activity and requires a certain fitness level. It would undoubtedly be hazardous for somebody who was physically unfit to attempt to go rock climbing. Not only does the sport require a lot of practice, but workout sessions to strengthen arms and legs will also be necessary. Of course, it really goes without saying that both smoking and alcohol are best avoided, and a healthy diet is maintained.

Giving Up Smoking

Smoking is known to be very addictive, and giving it up is not easy. However, it can impair breathing and make rock climbing more difficult.
